- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Onions
- 3 Carrots
- 2 stalks Celery
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 300 ml Red Wine
- 500 ml Lamb Stock
- 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
