Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Sturdy Spatula
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ROLLED OATS
  • 1/2 cup VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER
  • 1/2 cup DRIED CRANBERRIES
  • 1/2 cup PEANUT BUTTER
  • 1/3 cup HONEY
  • 1 tbsp CHIA SEEDS
  • 1/2 tsp CINNAMON

Instructions

Step 1:

  1. Get your large mixing bowl out now. Pour the dry rolled oats inside. Add the vanilla protein powder next. Stir these two dry items together.

Step 2:

  1. Add the dried cranberries to the bowl. Sprinkle the chia seeds over the top. Add the ground cinnamon for spice. Mix the dry goods once more.

Step 3:

  1. Measure the creamy peanut butter carefully. Drop it into the center bowl. Drizzle the sweet honey over everything. This starts the sticking process now.

Step 4:

  1. Use your spatula to mix it all. Press down firmly as you stir. The dough should look very thick. All oats must be coated well.

Step 5:

  1. Let the mix sit five minutes now. This helps the oats absorb moisture. The dough becomes easier to roll. It will not fall apart later.

Step 6:

  1. Scoop out one tablespoon of dough. Roll it between your clean palms. Make a smooth and round ball. Place it on the parchment paper.

Step 7:

  1. Repeat this for all the remaining dough. Space them out on the tray. You should get about twelve balls. This depends on the ball size.

Notes

  • Use creamy peanut butter for a very smooth texture.
  • Wet your hands to stop the dough from sticking.
  • Chill the dough if it feels too soft today.
  • Swap honey for maple syrup to make it vegan.
  • Add dark chocolate chips for an extra sweet bite.
  • Store them in the fridge to keep them firm.
