My 3pm coffee habit got out of hand fast. I felt jittery every single night. A friend handed me jasmine tea one afternoon.

- 1 tbsp Loose Jasmine Tea Leaves
- 1 cup Filtered Water
- 1 tsp Raw Honey
- 1 slice Fresh Lemon
- 4 large Ice Cubes
Step 1
Heat your water in the kettle to about 175°F. Don't let it boil, or the tea turns bitter fast.
Step 2
Warm your teapot with a splash of hot water first. Add your loose jasmine tea leaves now.
Step 3
Pour the hot water over the leaves gently. Set your timer for two to three minutes, no longer.
Step 4
Strain the tea into your favorite mug. Don't skip this step or you'll get soggy, bitter leaves.
Step 5
Stir in honey or add a lemon slice. Sip slow and enjoy the aroma.
➜ Use water under boiling point, or the tea turns bitter and flat.
➜ Steep for three minutes max, longer steeping pulls out more caffeine.
➜ Reuse your leaves twice, each brew has less caffeine than the last.
➜ Store leaves away from light, heat, and moisture for the best flavor.
➜ Choose jasmine pearls for a smoother, noticeably stronger cup of tea.
