Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Baking Mix
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.5 cup 7 Up Soda
  • 0.25 cup Melted Butter

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Melt the butter and pour it into a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the baking mix and the sour cream together until crumbly.
  3. Add the 7 Up soda to the mixture and stir gently until a soft dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and pat it out to one inch thickness.
  5. Cut out circles using a biscuit cutter and place them into the pan with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

Notes

➜ Use very cold sour cream for better dough.
➜ Do not over-mix the wet dough at all.
➜ Make sure your oven is truly hot first.
➜ Use a sharp cutter for clean dough edges.
➜ Brush extra butter on top after baking them.
➜ Serve them while they are still very warm.
